About the Role

CBS is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Attendants at a bunkhouse facility in Revelstoke, BC.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties

- Clean guest rooms and common areas within the bunkhouse, including hallways, entrances, lounges, and offices
- Perform laundry duties including stripping, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, including sinks, mirrors, counters, and toilets
- Replenish toiletries, paper products, and other supplies
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including counters, appliances, tables and chairs
- Dust and clean all surfaces, fixtures, windows and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors to maintain a clean and protected environment
- Neutralize calcium buildup on winter carpets and flooring as required
- Empty waste and recycling bins
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks as needed

Job Requirements

- Experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial/custodial services
- Ability to safely perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and consent to a criminal background check

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques




- Understanding of sanitation and workplace safety standards
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Positions & Shifts Available

Two Full-Time Positions

- 5 days per week: Monday to Sunday
- 8-hour shifts: 7.5 paid hours + 30-minute unpaid break
- Total: 40 hours per week

Day Shift

- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Evening Shift

- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Overnight Shift

- 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Compensation

- $21.00/hour

Additional Information

- Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided.
- All required training will be provided, including onsite and online modules.
