Barista – Eggstatic Brampton

Eggstatic Brampton is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Barista to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, have a positive attitude, and love creating excellent drinks, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient beverage station. The pay is minimum wage plus tips!

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, juices, and other drinks according to Eggstatic standards
- Ensure drinks are prepared accurately, consistently, and presented properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar/beverage station
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and other beverage items
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Work efficiently during busy restaurant periods
- Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the beverage station
- Support team members wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations




- Provide friendly and positive service to guests
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous barista, café, or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks associated with restaurant work
