We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with restoration companies, insurance adjusters, property managers, strata managers, and commercial clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote brand awareness and generate leads.




- Oversee project management activities related to onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years experience in business development, preferably in restoration, insurance construction or related industry .
- Valid BC driver's license is must.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital tools used for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to relationship building.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans accordingly.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
