One of our manfacturing clients in looking for a Transformer Testing Specialist for theri plant near Montreal, QC.

Pay - $80k-$120k

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform testing to ensure transformers operate efficiently and meet performance standards.

- Analyze and interpret test results to identify issues and verify product quality.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

- Operate a variety of standard and specialized testing tools and equipment.

- Maintain high quality standards while following safety and testing procedures.

- Plan and prioritize testing activities (opportunity to grow into a Team Leader role).

- Assist with training and mentoring team members (prospect to develop leadership skills).

Qualifications:

- Previous hands-on experience testing electrical transformers is required.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

- Capable of performing physically demanding manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
