We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production and packaging equipment at customer facilities across North America.

This is NOT a facility maintenance role — this position focuses on industrial machinery, production systems, and customer-site equipment support.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install and commission industrial machinery and full-line production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service repairs at customer sites
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Communicate directly with customer maintenance and operations teams
- Complete service documentation and expense reporting
- Coordinate with internal service/logistics teams regarding parts, scheduling, and job progress
- Support customers during startups, upgrades, and equipment troubleshooting

Required Skills

- Food Processing Industry Experience is a MUST
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Motors
- Conveyors
- Sensors
- Electrical systems
- PLCs (basic troubleshooting preferred)




- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong customer communication and professionalism

Compensation

- $35–45/hour base pay
- Consistent overtime opportunities

Travel Requirements

- Travel throughout the U.S., Canada, and occasional international travel
- Flexible schedule required, including nights/weekends as needed
- Passport eligible (or willing to obtain one)

Preferred Experience

- 3+ years of field service or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience using multimeters, diagnostic tools, and service software/CRM systems

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent travel and physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling, climbing, and lifting up to 75 pounds or more on occasion. It may involve exposure to loud noise, varying temperatures, and confined spaces. Personal protective equipment may be required depending on the site.
