Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods as needed.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and food prep spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling, math calculations,



and processing payments.
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista or in food service roles with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for seamless transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
