Maternity Leave Coverage from Aug 2026 - We are a Family Health Organization in west Vaughan seeking a Nurse Practitioner to be an active partner in patient care in our busy primary care setting. This exciting chance will involve direct patient care and program development that targets our community and practice needs. The NP will work collaboratively with our team of family physicians, social worker, dietitian and pharmacist to service the needs of our large and growing roster of patients. Experience in primary care will be an asset in this setting.
