Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Check in and check out guests efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments accurately, and prepare detailed night audit reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills when applicable.
- Monitor security cameras, conduct routine safety checks of the premises,



and document any incidents or irregularities during the overnight shift.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, preparing daily reports, and maintaining front desk logs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure a clean, safe workplace for all visitors.

Skills

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a welcoming attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working at a hotel or in hospitality environments, especially at the front desk or in guest services roles.
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during overnight hours.
- Familiarity with security procedures and basic administrative functions related to hotel operations.
