Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Full-Time Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carefully and efficiently packing our planter products for shipment, ensuring they arrive safely at their destination. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and assembly of packing materials.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our quality standards before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Shift Hours - two shifts available

Morning Shift

Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Saturdays 7:00-2:00 - mandatory as needed *** currently needed ****

Each shift has a 30 minute break.

OR

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Sundays 7:00-2:00 - mandatory as needed *** currently needed weekly ****

Monday to Friday (Afternoon Shift) 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Each shift has a 30 minute break.

Overtime

Overtime available as company needs - opt in on a pick up basis.
