We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a serene and inviting atmosphere for our clients while managing staff, services, and overall spa performance. Assist with sanitizing and laundry.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.
