What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Assembling retractable screen components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assisting with unloading inventory shipments and organizing materials within the facility.
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assisting in various areas of production as business needs require.




- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards.
- Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Minimum of 1 - 3+ years of experience using hand tools.
- Experience with metal fabrication is considered a strong asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Excellent measuring and mathematical skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and production guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute where needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
