Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Foam Pattern Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise foam patterns used in the production of iron castings. Your expertise in wood pattern making would be an asset. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce accurate foam patterns
- Use of a frog mill foam cutting machine will be used to carve and shape these foam patterns
- Measure components with shrink rules and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Proven experience with foam pattern making in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Proficiency with Frog Mills




- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding standard pattern terminology
- Familiarity with construction techniques and materials used in foam pattern creation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
