This role is specifically for weekend daytime shifts. You must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

- Monitor the skating rink to ensure safety rules are followed by all guests
- Enforce safety guidelines and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain order on the rink, including managing skating sessions and addressing disruptive behavior
- Conduct routine inspections of the rink surface and surrounding areas to identify hazards
- Support guest services by answering questions about skate rentals, event schedules, and facility amenities

Requirements

- Experience working with children or in customer service roles preferred
- Must be a strong inline or quad skater
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate safety instructions clearly and confidently




- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stay alert, active, and attentive during shifts as you will be on roller skates or inline skates your entire shift.
- Previous experience in a recreational or entertainment environment is beneficial but not required
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- First Aid / CPR certification a bonus

Employment Details

- Part-time, hourly position: 2 - 3 shifts per week.
- Great fit for a student
- We hire 18+
- Hours may vary week to week; minimum 6 hours a week.

- Staff uniform provided
- 90-day probationary period

- $15.00/hour, paid twice monthly by direct deposit
