The dishes we serve are not traditional, but rather take inspiration from authentic Lebanese and Middle-Eastern recipes to bring something new and exciting to our diverse guests.

Who You Are

We are seeking long-term line cooks who are passionate and dedicated to the art of cooking, and who maintains high food safety and cleanliness standards. As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests with genuine care and attention to detail. You are to be consistent and productive in utilizing prep and cooking methods for a quick and distinct execution of our menu items. Most importantly, you are highly adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

- Consistently maintaining a clean and functional workstation.
- Prepping necessary ingredients according to specifications.
- Cook in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining necessary standards.
- General labour and operational duties





Qualifications and Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook.
- Minimum 2 years of general kitchen experience.
- A desire to learn and perform job duties to the best of your ability.
- A great ability to adapt and perform under pressure in an intense, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must be within a 30-minute max proximity from the restaurant.
- Culinary school is a strong asset (graduated between 2012 and 2026).

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
