Flexographic Printer Operator

Location: Scarborough, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Flexographic Printer Operator to join our production team in Scarborough. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience operating flexographic printing machines and be committed to producing high-quality printed products while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses.
- Ensure print quality meets company and customer specifications.
- Adjust machine settings for different print jobs and materials.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience operating flexographic printing equipment.
- Ability to read and understand production orders and job specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to meet production deadlines.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
