What You'll Do

- Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer procedures.
- Perform mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brake systems, HVAC, and electrical components.
- Complete preventive maintenance services, inspections, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
- Identify additional repair opportunities and communicate findings accurately.
- Perform wheel, tire, and alignment-related services as required.




- Conduct road tests before and after repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and document completed work.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety compliant.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Apprentices will work alongside experienced Licensed Technicians while developing their technical skills and completing apprenticeship requirements.

Qualifications
310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- Own professional automotive tools.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

310S Apprentice (Level 1–4)

- Registered 310S Automotive Apprentice with Skilled Trades Ontario.
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
- Own basic tools.
- Valid G2 or G Driver's Licence is considered an asset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.

What Makes You Stand Out

- Experience diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Knowledge of domestic, import, and light-duty vehicles.
- Comfortable using scan tools and digital diagnostic equipment.




- Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Protractor, or similar software is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to producing quality repairs.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
