About the Role

Smith's Pharmacy is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Natural Health Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with vitamins, supplements, and professional natural health product lines, along with a genuine interest in supporting customers through personalized health and wellness recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Extensive knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and skilled natural health product lines
- Graduate of a Nutrition, Holistic Medicine, Homeopathic Medicine, or Naturopathic Medicine program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a supplement or natural health store
- Strong knowledge of professional supplement brands and products
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to upholding Smith's Pharmacy's policies, procedures, and professional standards




- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Local residents are preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting vitamins, supplements, and natural health products within the pharmacy's natural health dispensary
- Recommend appropriate professional supplement products based on customer needs while remaining within your scope of practice
- Promote and sell professional vitamin and supplement product lines
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Operate the point-of-sale system and other pharmacy computer applications
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy staff with daily operations
- Receive, organize, stock, and merchandise products while maintaining inventory displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming natural health department
- Participate in promotional campaigns, educational seminars, and community events organized by Smith's Pharmacy
- Be available to work shifts at our Vaughan location when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering long-term relationships with customers through education and personalized care
