- Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to meet nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and protected setting by performing light housekeeping and sanitation duties.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness.




- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans and report any changes in health or behavior promptly.

Experience

- Previous experience working as a Health Care Aide or in assisted living facilities is highly preferred.
- Experience in nursing homes or senior care environments demonstrates your ability to handle diverse needs confidently.
- Familiarity with caring for individuals with disabilities or dementia enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures ensures safe and accurate delivery of treatments.
- Skills in caregiving, cleaning, meal preparation, and home care are valuable assets that contribute to comprehensive resident support.
