Business Manager – West Edmonton Volkswagen

We’re looking for a Business Manager who is confident in finance, keeps deals moving efficiently, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership workplace.

We are a fast-paced, high-performing Volkswagen dealership looking for an experienced automotive finance professional to join our team. If you know your way around lenders, protection products, approvals, and the occasional complicated deal, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the finance side of vehicle purchases from start to finish
- Presenting finance, warranty, and protection options without putting customers to sleep
- Submitting accurate credit applications and documentation
- Working with banks and lenders to get deals approved
- Responding to customers by phone and email professionally and promptly
- Helping maximize dealership profitability while still delivering a great customer experience
- Building strong relationships with customers, lenders, sales staff, and managers
- Keeping your office organized enough that we can still see the desk

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive finance/business office experience preferred
- Previous banking experience especially in credit; or comparable departments
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Organized, driven,



and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership
- Able to juggle multiple deals without losing your mind
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can handle pressure
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
