We are seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and create memorable wellness experiences for our guests.

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist at The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge, you will provide a variety of massage and wellness treatments tailored to each guest’s individual needs. Working as an independent contractor, you will deliver high-quality treatments while contributing to the calm and welcoming atmosphere our spa is known for.

This role includes delivering therapeutic massage as well as specialty treatments such as hot stone and Kundalini massage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide massage and wellness treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Deliver specialty treatments such as hot stone and Kundalini massage (training provided if required).
- Review client health histories and consultation forms prior to treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment notes following each appointment.
- Deliver exceptional guest care in a calm and professional treatment environment.
- Communicate effectively with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Follow all spa protocols, hygiene standards,



and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Certified massage or spa therapist (RMT not required for this role).
- Wellness-focused with a strong commitment to guest care.
- Empathetic and service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
- Previous spa or wellness experience considered an asset.
- Willingness to learn and deliver additional treatment modalities.
- Must maintain appropriate certifications and (if applicable) liability insurance.
