We are looking for someone to join our team of dog lovers! You must be available to work between the hours of 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday. This position will be part-time (approx 3 hours per day) and based in the Riverside/Corktown, Distillery, St Lawrence Market and Old Town Toronto areas. Applicants must reside in one of these neighbourhoods.

As a dog walker with The Dog Park, you will be responsible for safely managing small group walks of up to four dogs on leash. This role offers the chance to be part of an incredible community, spend your days outdoors exploring local parks, and most importantly build meaningful bonds with amazing dogs. You will play a big part in their daily happiness and become one of the highlights of their day.

Requirements:

- Extremely reliable - our dogs, clients and team count on you
- Able to commit to working with our company for 6 + months
- Punctuality is essential
- Robust communication skills with both team members and clients
- Previous personal or professional experience working with dogs




- Solid understanding of dog body language and a willingness to keep learning
- Ability to provide a clean criminal record check (required for insurance purposes)
- A passion for active, healthy living. This is a physically demanding role
- Comfortable walking outdoors in cold, warm and rainy weather
- Must have a mobile phone with data to communicate with clients and our team through our dog walking app
