Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, and have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans
- Review and analyze project requirements to identify project details
- Provide technical support including AutoCAD drawings

Requirements:

- Strong project management skills and ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Preferred but not required is the ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Work in a fast paced environment
