Our client is hiring: Kitchen Shift Leader

Our client is growing, and they are looking for a Kitchen Shift Leader who is ready to take the next step in their kitchen career. This role is for someone with solid cooking experience who is starting to take on more responsibility, including helping close the line and supporting the rest of the kitchen team, all within a culture that values teamwork, professionalism, and a bit of fun along the way.

What you will do:

- Lead by example on the line during busy shifts
- Help close and organize the kitchen at the end of service
- Support and guide other cooks during service
- Step in to solve problems as they come up during a shift
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards across the kitchen

What we are looking for:

- Solid kitchen experience, with some leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Ability to stay composed and lead others in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment




- Solid communication skills, both giving and receiving instructions clearly
- Someone who is looking to grow further into a Sous Chef role over time

Compensation:

A competitive base rate of $23 - $24/hr plus tip pool.
