Devon Shoes is Hiring Store Managers/Assistant Managers!

For over 30 years, Devon Shoes has been helping customers find not only what they want, but what they need. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Store Manager to join our team.

This is a leadership position for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and isn't afraid to hold their team accountable. We are looking for a manager who can confidently lead staff, ensure tasks are completed, and help drive the success of the store every day.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous management experience is required.
- A strong, confident, and loud speaking voice.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- A positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
- A passion for retail, sales, and helping customers.
- Someone who takes initiative and does not wait to be told what needs to be done.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise staff on a daily basis.
- Ensure tasks are completed and company standards are maintained.
- Follow up with team members and hold staff accountable.
- Train, coach,



and support employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Transfer inventory between store locations.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store operations.
- Help drive sales and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
