Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and productive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist in food preparation when needed and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials,



and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Toast, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of the food industry, restaurant operations, and guest services is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; a positive attitude towards teamwork is essential. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop valuable hospitality skills while providing memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
