Job Title: Datastage Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM Datastage (v11.2 or higher).
- Perform data analysis to understand data flow structures, identify anomalies, and resolve data issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
- Provide support throughout the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Datastage (v11.2 or higher).
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server Management Studio and strong SQL skills.
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data integration best practices.
- Solid data analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve data anomalies.
- Proficiency in the SDLC cycle, from requirement gathering to post-production support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSIS, or SSRS.
- Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling.
- Exposure to Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence
