Looking for a motivated individual to become part of the Sharp Edge team for the remainder of the 2026 season (August - December 15). We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, even when no one’s watching, and wants to be part of a tight, high-standard team for the 2026 season.

We are scheduling video interviews on Wednesday, August 12th between 9AM-12PM & Thursday, August 13th between 9AM - 12PM. We will be hiring an applicant on Friday August 14th with a proposed start date of Monday, August 17th. Applicants must be available during this window to be considered.

Opportunity to come back next season if a good fit. Individual does NOT need any experience in industry, just a positive mindset and willing to learn.

You must be able to work until the end of the season in mid December.

Starting pay $20-23/hr base. Quarterly profit sharing after passing the probationary period.

Job Description:

- Be part of a team that visits residential homes to complete a variety of maintenance tasks to help with upkeep and appearance of the home. Frequent tasks include: garden clean ups, weekly lawn maintenance, garden bed weeding & edging, shrub and hedge trimming/pruning, spreading mulch, planting and transplanting.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Show up on time everyday
- Conduct general maintenance duties on multiple properties throughout the day
- Work with hand and power tools,



as well as small engine equipment such as blowers, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers
- Lift and carry items up to 75lbs multiple times throughout the day.
- Load and unload truck in AM/PM

Candidate Requirements:

- Reliable transport to meeting spot near Oakville GO at 7:45am on weekdays.
- Available to work for 8-12 hours (depending on workload and season)
- Physical stamina to work in hot environments
- Work well in team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Polite and respectful attitude to clients and their properties
- G drivers preferred but not mandatory
