Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Window Sales Advisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to identify issues such as drafts, energy loss, and outdated windows, and guide them toward modern, energy-efficient solutions.

You will be responsible for generating your own opportunities through door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. Whether you have sales experience or are new and coachable, MAG Windows provides the training, systems, and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with homeowners to assess window, door, and home efficiency needs




- Ask discovery questions to identify issues such as drafts, condensation, and energy loss
- Educate clients on energy-efficient window solutions and benefits
- Set appointments and guide homeowners through the consultation process
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, coachable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a door-to-door sales environment

Expected Earnings: $70,000 – $150,000+ per year
