Body Restoration is the exciting partnership of multiple disciplines that will fill the gaps in the community-based rehab clinics, family medicine clinics, and specialty clinic. We specialize in acute and chronic injury.

Responsibilities

- Scheduling Patients
- Answering Phones
- Rooming Patients and Maintaining Work Flow
- Room turnover
- Accounts Receivable
- Customer Service
- Facilitating collaboration among multiple clinicians

Hours

- Monday-Friday (9:30-5:30 pm)
- Full Time

Remuneration

- $18-21 per hour
- Benefits available after 3 months

Experience

- High proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or graduation equivalency degree
- Medical Office Assistant certification would be an asset
- Greater than 2 years of medical office assistant experience would be an asset
- Proficiency with electronic medical record would be an asset (HealthQuest)
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle may be occasionally required
- Experience with accounts payable/receivables is an asset
