Taliup Inc is a payment-processing software company in North York. We're building a new outbound sales team and hiring entry-level Sales Development Representatives (we call them "Openers").

The job is straightforward: you call local businesses, start a quick conversation about lowering what they pay to process debit and credit card payments, find out if they're a fit, and hand the interested ones to a senior closer. You don't need to know the product or run the sale — the closer takes it from there. Your job is to get good businesses on the phone and pass them along.

No sales experience required. We'd rather train the right person than hire the wrong resume. If you're outgoing, confident, and want your pay to reflect your effort, this is a real chance to start a sales career.

What you'll earn

- $18.00/hour base (~$28,000/year), paid regardless of what closes
- Uncapped daily bonuses for every qualified live transfer you generate
- Monthly bonuses when the leads you pass go on to close
- $50 cash for same-day closes
- On-target earnings of $40,000–$55,000/year, with top performers earning more. Your effort sets the ceiling.

What you'll do

- Make outbound calls to local businesses (180+ dials/day)
- Open a short conversation about saving on card-processing costs
- Ask a few qualifying questions and reach the decision-maker
- Transfer interested, qualified prospects live to a closer
- Hit your daily targets for calls and talk time

- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work on-site in North York, Monday–Friday

Where this leads
This is the first step on a clear path. Prove yourself as an Opener and move up to Closer — running and closing the deals you used to transfer — and then to Account Executive. We're building this team from the ground up, so the people who start now are the ones who'll lead it. Promotions are earned on performance.
