Overview

Civil Enforcement Agency serving clients across Alberta seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Calgary team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare enforcement notices, status updates, affidavits, file correspondence, and related case documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients while complying with Alberta and Federal Legislation
- Maintain detailed enforcement file notes, action history, and documentation required for legal and procedural compliance
- Communicate with clients, debtors, and third-party service providers by phone and email
- Conduct searches at PPR to support enforcement actions
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be bondable
- Security clearance and credit check required

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in collections, legal services, civil enforcement, banking, finance, auction/liquidation sales, or administration
- Experience using enforcement, case management, or records systems as well as APPRES and Microsoft Office.
