Responsibilities:

As a Host:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests using our booking system
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy times
- Communicate effectively with the service team about table status
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide basic information about the restaurant
- Create a welcoming atmosphere in the entrance and lounge areas

As a Server Assistant:

- Support servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Refill water and assist with food running when needed
- Help keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized
- Communicate with the team to ensure smooth guest service

Requirements:

- Friendly, positive, and qualified demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Evening and weekend availability is a must
