Petvigo is a Vancouver-based pet care and retail company offering pet products, self-serve dog wash and professional grooming services. We are building an integrated retail system connecting our physical store, Shopify website and third-party marketplaces.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce & Inventory Operations Coordinator to help establish and manage Petvigo’s e-commerce and inventory operations from the ground up.

This is a hands-on position for someone who has personally operated Shopify and Amazon Seller Central—not only worked in digital marketing. The successful candidate will understand marketplace operations, FBA and FBM, product listings, advertising, inventory systems and how products move across multiple sales channels. They will use data and commercial judgment to improve sales while protecting profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify and E-commerce Operations

- Set up, operate and maintain the Petvigo Shopify store.
- Coordinate with website developers, designers and service providers.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs and keywords.
- Manage online orders, payments, shipping, returns and in-store pickup.
- Maintain accurate product information and pricing across all sales channels.
- Recommend, configure and manage suitable Shopify apps and integrations.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance and customer behaviour.
- Support promotions, discount campaigns and customer retention initiatives.

Marketplace Operations

- Set up and manage Amazon Canada, Yami and other suitable online marketplaces.




- Operate Amazon Seller Central and manage both Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) processes.
- Ensure listings comply with each marketplace’s policies and requirements.
- Improve product visibility through Amazon SEO, keyword research, advertising, promotions and listing optimization.
- Monitor product rankings, Featured Offer eligibility, seller performance, account health and customer reviews.
- Analyze marketplace fees, competitor pricing, advertising costs and product profitability.
- Use sales data, customer demand and marketplace competition to support merchandising decisions.

Inventory and ERP Operations

- Manage and synchronize inventory across the physical store, Shopify, Amazon and other sales channels.
- Assist in selecting, implementing and operating an appropriate ERP or inventory management system.
- Maintain accurate SKUs, product costs, supplier information and stock records.
- Establish reorder points and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, couriers and logistics providers.
- Develop clear procedures for order fulfilment, stock control and returns.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Shopify and e-commerce operations.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central,



including FBA, FBM, product listings, Amazon SEO, advertising and seller performance.
- Good knowledge of major marketplace policies, fees and listing requirements.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management or multi-channel inventory synchronization systems.
- Understanding of purchasing, stock control, order fulfilment, shipping and returns.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, product margins and marketplace profitability.
- Ability to interpret sales, inventory and advertising data and translate findings into practical actions.
- Solid organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and establish systems and procedures from the ground up.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Canadian e-commerce, consumer protection and product-labelling requirements is an asset.
- Experience in pet products, consumer goods or specialty retail is an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, e-commerce, supply chain management, marketing or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
