In-Store Sales Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Expected Hours: 45–50 hours per week

Aeolus Staffing Solutions is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative to support our client in the e-bike and electric mobility industry at their Mississauga location.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual with previous sales experience who is confident speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select the right products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and working with innovative consumer products. Previous experience in the e-bike, bicycle, automotive, electronics, or a related industry is an asset, but not required.

What You’ll Be DoingSales & Customer Service

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, options, and benefits
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Answer product-related questions and provide accurate information
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Support the store in achieving sales goals and delivering a strong customer experience

Product & Store Support

- Develop a strong understanding of e-bikes, electric mobility products, and available accessories
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and services
- Maintain a professional and welcoming in-store environment
- Assist with general store operations as required
- Work closely with team members to support daily sales activities





Work Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Candidates should be flexible to work Monday through Saturday during the probationary period.

Expected hours: 45–50 per week

- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers
- Customer-focused, professional, and approachable
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to learn about e-bikes and electric mobility products
- Comfortable working in an in-store sales environment
- Flexible availability Monday through Saturday

Bonus but not required:

- Previous experience in the e-bike, bicycle, electric mobility, automotive, electronics, or similar industry
- Retail or in-store sales experience
- Experience working with sales targets or performance goals
- Interest or knowledge in e-bikes and electric mobility products

Experience:

- Sales: 1–2 years (preferred)
- Retail/customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- E-bike or related industry experience: Asset

Work Location: In person – Mississauga, ON

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
