We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring timely service for all guests
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing clear receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling stations, and service stations according to food safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery to tables
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Assist with basic food preparation or setup as needed during busy periods or special events

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
