We are looking for an experienced Commercial Painter to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial painting experience and takes pride in delivering clean, skilled, high-quality work.

This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to become full-time for the right person. Our projects are located throughout the GTA, so reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Perform professional painting work on commercial construction, renovation, and restoration projects

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming

Paint walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, trim, baseboards, and other surfaces

Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers as required

Complete detailed touch-ups and ensure a clean, professional finish

Properly protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and finished surfaces before starting work

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all job-site safety procedures and company standards

Work independently and as part of a team

Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial painting experience

Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and surface preparation

Experience painting walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trim, and other surfaces





Comfortable using common painting tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Able to work independently and follow instructions

Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials when required

Must have your own reliable vehicle, as we work at job sites throughout the GTA

General Construction Experience — Strong Plus

In addition to painting, we are looking for someone who is comfortable helping with general construction and renovation tasks, including:

Floor protection and job-site preparation

Basic demolition

Caulking and finishing

Door and hardware installation

Minor drywall repairs and patching

Trim and baseboard installation

Basic carpentry and framing

General material handling and site cleanup

Using hand tools and basic power tools

Assisting with renovation and restoration work

You don't need to be an expert in every trade. Painting is the main focus of this position, but someone with a broad range of construction skills will be a strong asset to our team.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
