Warehouse Associate II
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Work Type: On-site
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
About the Role
Quality Classrooms is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-reliant Warehouse Associate II to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can work independently, think critically, and contribute to a productive team setting.
As a Warehouse Associate II, you will play a key role in receiving, inventory control, order preparation, shipping, material handling, and maintaining warehouse accuracy. We are looking for individuals who take ownership of their work, require minimal supervision, and consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality. The role supports receiving, inventory management, LTL shipping, and warehouse process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage, verify quantities, and report discrepancies
- Accurately record inventory receipts and maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse systems
- Perform inventory put-away, restocking, and storage activities using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
- Coordinate and support LTL shipments while ensuring compliance with carrier requirements
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected warehouse environment
- Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience; receiving, inventory control, and LTL shipping experience preferred
- Experience with shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), freight labels, and packing lists
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials as required
