Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and instructions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and tidy living space
- Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times




- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals promptly

Experience

- Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in patient care, senior care, dementia care, or working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and basic nursing skills is advantageous
- Experience handling heavy lifting safely and effectively in caregiving scenarios
- Strong communication skills to connect empathetically with clients and coordinate with family members or healthcare teams
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards
- Certification or training in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $26.60-$45.14 per hour
