Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions about products, store policies, or promotions via in-person or phone interactions




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and excellent customer flow
- Support team members with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and basic math calculations for pricing or discounts

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and technology sales is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Experience with product demos or upselling techniques will be highly valued
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
