Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Whiski Jacks Pub . As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our recipes and standards. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive delicious and high-quality dishes.

Duties:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices

- Cook food items according to recipes and portion sizes

- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting

- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques





- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Robust organizational skills and ability to multitask
