Maintenance Worker (Part-Time)

We are seeking an individual with a robust work ethic who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, has a positive attitude, attention to detail and must be available weekdays & weekends.

Skill set to include

- General upkeep and minor repairs.
- Basic electrical and plumbing skill set.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair appliances.
- Maintain a record of performed maintenance tasks.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment
