Colbourne Ford is looking for an experienced and motivated Journeyperson Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department.

Pay: $37/hour – Flat Rate

Role & Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repairs
- Complete electrical, diagnostic and drivability repairs
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate findings with Service Advisors
- Follow Ford repair procedures, technical information and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Support the team and contribute to a positive shop workplace

Qualifications

- Journeyperson/Red Seal Automotive Technician certification
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ford experience is an asset
- Flat-rate shop experience is an asset
