Mutabak Karak is looking for a creative and customer-focused Content Creator & Cashier. This hybrid position combines front-of-house cashier responsibilities with creating engaging social media content that showcases our products, team, customer experience, and brand culture.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable on camera, knowledgeable about social media trends, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Capture high-quality photos and short videos of menu items, promotions, events, and daily store activities.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.
- Participate in videos and confidently speak or appear on camera when required.
- Follow Mutabak Karak’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
- Monitor current social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with management regarding promotions, campaigns, and content priorities.
- Organize and submit completed content according to the agreed content schedule.
- Obtain management approval before publishing any content.

Cashier and Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take orders accurately and process cash, debit, credit, and online payments.
- Explain menu items, promotions, and product recommendations.
- Confirm order details and communicate clearly with the preparation team.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cashier station.
- Support other team members during busy periods.
- Follow all food-safety, cash-handling, attendance, and workplace policies.
- Complete assigned opening, shift, and closing duties.

Requirements

- Previous content creation, social media, retail, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and current social media trends.




- Ability to film and edit attractive short-form content using a smartphone.
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
- Solid communication and customer-service skills.
- Creative, organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is considered an asset.
- A portfolio or examples of previous content are preferred.

Performance Expectations

- Create consistent, high-quality content that reflects the Mutabak Karak brand.
- Complete assigned content within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy when taking orders and processing payments.
- Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience.
- Balance content responsibilities with store operations and customer needs.
- Protect customer and employee privacy and never record or publish content without authorization.
- Application Requirements
