Planit Green Landscapes is a growing landscape construction company specializing in high-end residential outdoor spaces. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team in Brantford, ON.

The Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew, running the job site, and ensuring landscape projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a landscape construction crew
- Organize daily tasks, materials, and equipment
- Read and follow landscape plans
- Oversee excavation, grading, drainage, and site preparation
- Install and oversee patios, walkways, retaining walls, gardens, planting, sod, and other landscape features
- Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and other equipment
- Monitor job progress and keep projects on schedule
- Communicate with management, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Troubleshoot problems on site
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Train and direct crew members
- Ensure work meets Planit Green's quality standards

Requirements

- 3+ years of landscape construction experience
- 3+ years of Foreman or Crew Leader experience




- Strong knowledge of landscape construction
- Experience with excavation, grading, drainage, and hardscaping
- Able to read landscape plans
- Comfortable operating construction equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's licence
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
