Hewitt’s Mini Markets located in Barrie and Springwater, are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team immediately and work through September. If you’re hardworking, thrive in a team setting, and want to earn above minimum wage pay, we’d love to meet you!
Position Details:
- Job Titles: Full-Time and Part time Produce Sales Associates
- Location: #1-Midhurst (Bayfield Street), #2-Minets Pt Rd/Lakshore (Barrie), #3-Bradford Greenhouses Garden Gallery (Springwater) and #4Travel Center (beside Costco in Barrie)
- Time Frame: Now to late-September or early October (varies with growing season and weather) (must be available 9am to 6pm during the weekday and on weekends)
- Hours: 15-40 hours/week
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older to apply
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist our amazing customers with a smile.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Keep shelves stocked, displays attractive, and produce fresh.
- Help set up and take down daily displays.
- Lift up to 30-50 lbs as part of stocking and setup.
- Possibly work some weekends and holidays as part of a rotating team schedule.
What You’ll Earn:
- Starting Pay: $18/hr – competitive wages from the start.
