- Know the menu and hype it up, because our burgers deserve it
- Create memorable guest experiences by going above and beyond
- Anticipate guest needs before they even have to ask
- Handle issues with a smile and a “let me handle it, I’ve got this” attitude
- Work as part of a tight-knit team that has each other’s backs
- Keep your section clean, organized, and ready to rock
