Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work primarily in our showroom, assisting customers with their window covering needs and providing professional product recommendations.

This role involves welcoming customers in the showroom, answering phone calls and inquiries, preparing quotes, following up with customers, and processing day-to-day orders. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a genuine interest in sales.

Experience in window coverings, home improvement, interior design, or a similar consultative sales environment is an advantage.

Duties

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable window covering products and solutions.
- Explain product features, materials, options, pricing, and available configurations.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely follow-up.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to develop sales opportunities.
- Process and manage day-to-day customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with customers, installers, and internal team members regarding orders and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company's system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer questions and concerns and help resolve issues professionally.
- Meet individual and company sales goals.




- Stay up to date on products, fabrics, window covering options, and company promotions.

Experience

- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in window coverings, blinds, curtains, shutters, home improvement, interior design, or a similar industry is an advantage.
- Strong and fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating with customers in person.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and process orders accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience with CRM, POS, order management, or similar software is an advantage.
- Additional language skills are an advantage but not required.
