Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and equipment
- Support the kitchen team with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a hygienic work environment
- Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and notifying management of shortages
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to the serving staff or directly to guests




- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and food handling procedures

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of the food industry and commitment to delivering quality service
