Position Details

Currently seeking Equipment Operators for work in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.

What You Will Be Working On

Depending on the position, duties may include:

- Safely operate assigned heavy equipment in accordance with site requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform rough and final grading to project specifications.
- Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and instructions from supervision.
- Complete pre-operational inspections and maintain accurate equipment records.
- Identify and report equipment deficiencies, hazards, and maintenance requirements.
- Work effectively with survey crews, grade checkers, labourers, and other equipment operators.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Follow all company policies, site-specific procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

- CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- Ground Disturbance
- Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
- Ability to work from grades, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Strong awareness of protected operating practices and hazard recognition.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
