Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, cash handling, and providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and serving stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or orders promptly during busy periods.




- Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced hospitality settings.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety standards.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing.
- Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus, supporting seamless collaboration between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
